Our background

1990 – Foundation of the company INNOVEX Produits Techniques inc.

Mr. Paul Anderson P. Eng., made his first business connection with a German manufacturer who offered a synthetic material intended to reduce the spread of cracks in paved roads. Being a visionary, he realized that this type of geosynthetic material offered considerable advantages in civil works. Thus, thanks to a high level of expertise combined with a remarkable flair to identify business opportunities, he founded INNOVEX inc. and made it a major distributor in the field of geosynthetics in Québec.

2004 – Acquisition of 1201 Chemin Industriel, Saint-Nicolas

To support its growth, INNOVEX acquired a property of more than 200 000 ft² in the industrial park of Saint-Nicolas (Lévis).

2005 – Foundation of the company Hydrosol Construction inc.

To offer a more comprehensive service to customers, INNOVEX launched Hydrosol Construction. This new division offers the installation different geosynthetic products distributed by INNOVEX.

2010 – Opening of a warehouse on the north shore of Montréal

To better serve its customers in the area of ​​the Metropolis, INNOVEX now had a warehouse in Boisbriand.

2014 – Acquisition of a Shelter-warehouse

INNOVEX constructed a 16,000 sq. ft. Mega Dome-type structure at its headquarters in Lévis. This building allows the storage of weather sensitive products.

2015 – Construction of a new warehouse

The warehouse of over 5,000 sq ft, located on the property in Levis, increased the supply of processed products such as welding of geomembranes and sewing of various geotextile rolls, among others.

2016 – Creation of the Paysage Gabio

GABIO specializes in the field of architectural gabions.

2017 – Opening of a warehouse on the south shore of Montréal

To better serve its customers in the area of ​​the Metropolis, INNOVEX now had a warehouse in Longueuil.

2017 – expansion of the head office

The growth of INNOVEX requires the expansion of its head office to accomodate new employees.
